How to Track Your Order
Method 1: Email Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- Thailand Post tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Method 2: Track on Thailand Post Website
- Visit track.thailandpost.co.th
- Enter your tracking number
- Click “Track” or “ติดตาม”
- View your package’s current status and location
Method 3: Thailand Post Mobile App
Download the official Thailand Post app (available on iOS and Android) to track your package on the go.
Method 4: Your Account Dashboard
If you have a WSG Shop account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to “My Orders” or “Order History”
- Click on your order to view details and tracking information
Understanding Tracking Statuses
Order Received: We’ve received your order and payment
Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
Shipped: Your package has been handed to Thailand Post
In Transit: Your package is on its way to you
Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local post office for delivery today
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered
Exception: There’s a delivery issue (contact us for assistance)
Delivery Timeframes
- Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 2-4 business days after shipment
- Central Region: 3-5 business days after shipment
- Other Provinces: 4-7 business days after shipment
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days after shipment
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, or local circumstances.
Need Help?
If you haven’t received tracking information:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Allow 1-2 business days after order placement
- Contact us at service@wongsanguan.com with your order number
If tracking shows no movement for several days:
- Thailand Post updates may be delayed
- Contact us if no update after 3 business days
- We’ll investigate with Thailand Post on your behalf
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with family members or neighbors
- Look around your property (porch, mailbox, etc.)
- Contact your local post office immediately
