At WSG Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Thailand.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all provinces within Thailand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method
We use Thailand Post (ไปรษณีย์ไทย) for all deliveries. Thailand Post is Thailand’s national postal service, providing reliable and affordable delivery nationwide.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: 2-4 business days
- Central Region: 3-5 business days
- Other Provinces: 4-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Thailand Post’s schedule, weather conditions, and local circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping Promotion: Free shipping on orders over 1,000 THB (conditions may apply)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Thailand Post tracking number
- Link to track your package

Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours
- If you’re not home, Thailand Post will leave a notice with pickup instructions
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender after the holding period
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Contact us immediately at service@wongsanguan.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
