Return and Exchange Policy

At WSG Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • The 7-day period starts from the delivery date shown on your tracking information
  • Return requests must be submitted within this period
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of your return request approval

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused and unworn: Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Original packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Complete: All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included
  • Undamaged: Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products) once opened
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Pierced jewelry or earrings
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email service@wongsanguan.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  • Attach photos of the item(s) if damaged or defective

Step 2: Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive return instructions via email if approved

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship via Thailand Post or your preferred courier
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size or color: Different size or color of the same item
  • Defective items: Replacement for defective products
  • Incorrect items: Exchange for the correct product

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at service@wongsanguan.com
  2. Specify the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. We will check availability and provide exchange instructions
  4. Return the original item following our return instructions
  5. New item will be shipped once we receive the original

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the defect/damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
  • You will not be charged for return shipping in this case

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the incorrect item
  • We will send you the correct item and arrange pickup of the wrong item
  • No additional charges will apply

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank – refunds can take time to process
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@wongsanguan.com
